Shipley College delivers success

Director of Groundcare, Gary Lemal along with his classmates successfully qualified in to become tutors in the lifelong learning sector. With an award taken through Shipley College.

The Award In Education and Teaching at level 3, is the updated version of the PTLLS award, the course included the students having to understand roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training. Students also had to be familiar with inclusive teaching and learning

approaches in education and training. The reasons for assessment and the different types of assessment were very important elements to the course. Each student had to deliver a micro-teach to their fellows, "I was thrilled with my feedback" said Gary.
